Did you know that the Classic wedge-style shoe was first designed by Ferragamo (the Italian shoe making legend) in the 1930s? What made his wedge shoes legendary was their comfort - he studied anatomy in order to make better shoes and came up with the wedge as being the most ideal shoe.
